This homemade costume for boys entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Maricel, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
ranfritz mikael is wearing an old white long sleeve and a black pants.and he was make up inspired by penny wise of his aunt...and it did not cost any amount of money because we only use for ranfritz was already old costumes of his cousin.
