This homemade costume for adults entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nicole, the 'Pennywise the Clown' costume creator:
I am wearing a recreated costume of Pennywise the Clown from the movie "IT". What is scarier than a clown so when I was invited to a Halloween Party I decided to do my best to be the scariest. I succeeded! No one knew who I was and everyone was afraid. My teeth(which took about 4 hours to get right) made the costume complete.
