Thomas and Friends Percy Costume

My 2 year old son, Owen, Is obsessed with trains. He loves all trains but is especially interested in Thomas and Friends. When I asked him if he wanted to be a train conductor for halloween, he yelled "Percy!" I decided to make his wish come true. "Percy" was made almost entirely of cardboard, duct tape, and spray paint. I first made a frame using cardboard and mounting it to his tricycle as a base. From there, a plastic trash can was cut and placed on the base to create the tank. The rest of the train car is just cardboard and duct tape. The smoke stack is made from a piece of metal ventilation piping painted black.
