This homemade costume for pets entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Karri, the 'Phantom of the Opera' costume creator:
Raphael is a Listening Ears dog for the Elementary school here. The costume was hand sewn by me in satin and lace. The mask I did by hand sewing beads. the hat was purchased on e bay. Total cost of this costume went about $75.00.
