This homemade costume for families entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jillian, the 'Phil, Lil and Betty DeVille' costume creator:
Mom and 6 month old twins dressed as Phil, Lil and Betty DeVille from the Rugrats. We were feeling nostalgic and always loved the Rugrats. We got blessed with twins so we couldn’t pass up the opportunity! Costumes are home made. Mom found the plain purple sweater at a thrift store for $1 and cut the woman’s sign out of felt and glued it on. Baby costumes are made out of different colors of felt and fabric. Fabric fusion was used to glue things together to slip sewing :) We are from Haverhill, MA
