This homemade costume for women entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.

This is one of my wearable art costumes I made from recycled paper I love using recycled materials to make really cool unique costumes. Even the base is a old dance costume and the boots were given to me so you can really make any costume you want if you just think outside the box or you can use the box lol :)
