Phoenix Costume

I made this Pheonix costume for my 9 year old daughter. I focused on the mythical look of the pheonix for the wings I wanted the to look like wing of fire instead of feathers We tried to get the look of fire throughout with lights .The lights in the wings flash to give the look of movement although you can not see it in the picture. I tried to make the costume look different at night the way a pheonix would look different when it turns to fire.i made the wings out of wire and fantasy film and El wire.i made the dress out of tulle, and red fabric, adding sequence, Rhinestones and other beading I made the leggings out of the same red material that I used for the dress.and her Corset top .
