This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Caleb, the 'Phoenix' costume creator:
Izzie likes Phoenix's because they are big fire birds and they are so beautiful.
Izzie's Noni goes to second hand stores and goodwill joann fabric to find feathers and orange outfits that would for for a phoenix. Then she deconstructs to make a phoenix.
