This homemade costume for couples entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Alicia, the 'Pinata and a Mexican' costume creator:
I bought different colored streamers and cut them so they looked frayed. Then I glued them onto a skirt and shirt, 2-4 rows per color. I used two party hats for the ears and covered those with streamers as well. I had a bat with me and a real piņata filled with candy. I was tossing candy to people all night :) they loved it!
