This homemade costume for adults entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Taylor, the 'Pinhead Nurse' costume creator:
im wearing the costume i got the idea of thinking about wear the all black robe and it came to me and i said maybe i should switch it up this year and where the nursing scrubs and where you get instructions by going to your local halloween costume store and buy a pin head costume and a nursing scrubs and a pair or gloves and a stethoscope.
