This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kimberly, the 'Pink Cotton Candy' costume creator:
My daughter wanted to be her favorite treat so I got creative and bought a adult blue Jean dress from thrift store thru cut it to fit length for her cut off arms them bought 5 cheap walmart pillows and sprayed spray glue on dress. Cut pillows open and put stuffing on dress then my husband airbrushed it pink . Her head was a hair net sprayed with glue and stuffing applied and sprayed as well. Cone it poster board.white shirt airbrushed and tights bought at store she was then sprayed wit glitter .
