This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cathryn, the 'Pippi Longstocking' costume creator:
This was a costume made after a book charachter. It cost less than 10.00. My 9 year old daughter is wearing this and I think she looks just like her. We got her hair to stay up by using a wire clothes hanger.
