This homemade costume for pets entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Karri, the 'Pirate Poodle' costume creator:
Raphael my corded Standard poodle is a "Listening Ears dog for the Elementary school here. So each week he go in a different costume that I have made for him. The Tricorn hat and white cuffs and cravat are store bought. I hand sewed the waistcoat and embellished it with lace and buttons.
