This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amber, the 'Pirate Ladies' costume creator:
Every year my friend and I go to the Kenny Chesney concert. Our costumes determine whatever is on the banners in the concert at the time. This year was "Pirates and Poets" so we created identical pirate outfits as the hot lady on the banners.
