Pirates of Panama City Beach Costume

My costume consists of a black low cut top, a black and red stripped skirt with a matching black and red stripped piece of material in my hair. I also had high heels and a black garter with a small pirates knife in it. My husbands costume was a red t-shirt with a salmon color short sleeve shirt on top, a pair of black shorts, a pirates hat and scarf and a longer knife that I am holding. These costumes costs about $45 to make.
