Pit Bull Ballerina Costume

Our pit bull, Hambone, needed a costume so I made him a skirt, necklace, and headband and dressed him up as a pretty little ballerina girl! I made the skirt from tulle and elastic, using thread and glue to secure it together. I made the necklace by stringing pearl beads together and hot gluing pink, satin ribbon to the ends. The headband was initially a baby headband that I added additional elastic and a pink bow to. Then we took Hambone out trick-or-treating and got so many positive reactions including several people wanting to take pics of and with him and lots of people asking to pet him!
