The Plague Lord of Mystery is a made up fictional character that is a rarely seen peraon, people aren't even sure this is human. It is rumored that it is responsible for black death epidemic, also known as the bubonic plague. I got the idea for this costume from real Plague Doctors that existed in real life a long time ago.
