Plastic Army Man Costume

My son John wanted to be a plastic army man from toy story (the store bought costume looked like a trash bag and he did not want it)
I went to the salvation army in hopes of finding army gear and then visited my local home depot and asked if paint would adhere to the clothes without soaking through..well..10 cans of green outdoor spray paint and 5 cans of clear coat and voila!

P.S the peice he's standing on was the tarp i laid down to spray the clothes :)
