This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Poison Ivy' costume creator:
The idea was the five year old who is wearing it. She loves the Batman movie she is in so I hand made this costume for her. It is made of tulle, ivy leaves and rhinestones. The tulle is attached thru hand knotting it to the crochet tube top, and all the leaves and sparkles were added with hot glue. The eyebrows were made of card stock paper and affixed with eyelash glue.
