This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Heather, the 'Pokémon GO' costume creator:
My twin boys Kai and Dean aka Squirtle and Charmader. With Pokémon Go being such a hit this year, we decided to let the boys' first REAL Halloween costumes be one that reminded us of our own childhood in the 90s. We started with footie pajamas and onesies and then it was just piecing the characters together.
