This store bought costume for pets entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kathy, the 'Police Officer and Inmate Dogs' costume creator:
Both are rescues. Cocoa my min-pin is the protector and Chasey my rat terrier/chahuahua is the sneaky one who gets inti mischief. It seemed very fitting for their personalities.
