This homemade costume for couples entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sarah, the 'Police Officer and Prisoner' costume creator:
This is my first time dressing up since I was a kid and a had a blast doing it! I bought the costume in lingerie section at a local Adult store and made the hat myself. Also painted an old bubble tube black to use for the costume.
