This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jamie, the 'Popcorn Girl' costume creator:
My youngest daughter, Lakelyn, whom is six years old is wearing one of her favorite Halloween outfits. It is one of her favorites because she LOVES eating popcorn, so why not dress up like popcorn. The idea came from Pinterest. I put a lot of sparkle on the balloons, lips, eyes, etc to add more sparkle.
