This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Julia, the 'Popcorn Baby' costume creator:
Mommy and 7 month old Sydney in a homemade popcorn bag baby and concession stand lady. I had baby in front pack. used a white pillow case, red ribbon, and felt to make the popcorn bag. I got a white beanie and glued pieces of popcorn to it. For mommy's outfit, I went to the local thrift store and bought a white shirt, red vest and black bow tie.
