This homemade costume for kids entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tiffanie, the 'Popeye and Olive Oyl' costume creator:
My daughter Kamiyah is wearing Olive Oyl and my son Khyree is wearing Popeye. I chose these costumes because I wanted something different and that could be a duo. This basically consisted of mostly sewing and a little creative imagination.
