This homemade costume for pets entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Popeye the Sailor Kitty' costume creator:
This is Rio, my cat wearing a hand-made pop eye the sailor man costume. I made this costume by getting a child's shirt, adding felt to it for the bib and buttons and then used stockings to make the arm part (slipped it over the long sleeve part, stuffed it and glued it). Then I took a toy plastic can and made it into the spinach can.
