This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Marsha, the 'Poppy, Queen of Troll Village' costume creator:
My 2 year old daughter, Phoebe Heinemann, loves the Trolls movie. The main character Poppy is one of her favorites but none of the retail costumes fit her or looked right, or were within a reasonable budget. I made the headpiece with my hot glue gun and about $10 for hot pink tulle, felt, and a headband. She's wearing her pink pajamas and a $12 dress I found online.
