This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Elizabeth, the 'Poppy' costume creator:
My daughter Teagan dressed up as Poppy from Trolls this year. I (Mom) made her dress from a pillowcase and painted on the flowers with fabric paint. The straps are made from ribbon. Her pink hair was made from tulle that I connected to a stretchy headband. The flower band is made from felt and another headband. My daughter loves this movie and that’s what motivated me to make this for her.
