This homemade costume for babies entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amanda, the 'Porcupine' costume creator:
This is Finnegan in his halloween costume. I made the body with a pattern for a bear costume and then modified it slightly. The quills are zip ties and electrical tape. I poked the quills through the backside and then used hot glue to make them stand up more rather than lay flat.
