This homemade costume for babies entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amber, the 'Precious Scarecrow' costume creator:
My daughter wearing the scarecrow costume I made for her.
I used 6 yards of tulle and a pair of overalls I picked up from good will. The lace and flowers were things I already had. So this costume cost less than $20.
