This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Alexis, the 'Pretty Peacock' costume creator:
I made this costume and am the one wearing it in the picture. I used different colored feathers and peacock feathers glued and sewn onto a corset. I wore a tutu and a peacock headband.
