This homemade costume for babies entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kristy, the 'Pretty Peacock' costume creator:
This is my daughter, Lena's, first halloween. I figured we would make an at home costume this year and it was a hit!!!
I bought a turquoise onesie and attached the feathers with velcro. Got some orange stockings for her legs and created a little skirt and headband to jazz things up!
