This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Alison, the 'Prince Charming' costume creator:
My son is Prince Charming for his 2nd Halloween. I was wanting to make something that would allow me to not have to carry him to go trick or treating so I wanted to incorporate his stroller. My husband and I came up with this Prince Charming costume. He is dressed as a Frog and if you kiss him he turns into a prince. We spent many hours creating this around his stroller and had to buy lots of material and his frog costume. We spend around $50 total. Mommy kissed him at the end of the night and he did turn into Prince Charming :)
