This homemade costume for adults entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Darcy, the 'Prince Eric Statue' costume creator:
I made this costume for myself. I am a 56 year old gramma whose grandkids wanted to do a Little mermaid costume theme this year.
Basically the costume is made from mismatched scraps of fabric painted with left over housepaint.
The mask is clay and the hair is fabric covered with duct tape.
