This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Chandani, the 'Princess and the Frog' costume creator:
All hail princess tiana! This lovely little girl is my daughter sporting the Princess and the Frog costume I created with a lil' love and effort. I used a no-sew technique by pulling and looping tulle through the crocheted top. I then pulled apart poinsetta leaves from hobby lobby and simply glued them on a dollar store tiara. Afterwards I tied a white rose (also from hobby lobby) and some green ribbon near the side and viola! The whole costume was about $25, which isn't bad!
