This homemade costume for kids entered our 2022 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Marla, the 'Prisoner' costume creator:
My granddaughter asked to be a prisoner. Dollar tree handcuffs and duct tape covered ball. White socks and black slides. Labels were duct tape also. I did buy the pants and shirt.
Leah was extremely proud.
