This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Chnice, the 'Punk Rock Baby' costume creator:
My 1 year old baby cousin Avah is being a punk rock chick for Halloween. We came up with the idea because it's something different and unique. We simply put the costume together with a few different clothing items that we had bought at Wal-Mart. Also, we did her hair up, kind of like a Prince hairstyle. Hope everyone likes it.
