This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Valencia, the 'Punk Rock Girl' costume creator:
This is my daughter Unique wearing the costume.Her auntie came up with the idea because she kept asking to wear a TuTu so she decided for us to dress her as a Punk Rock Girl. Just got her TuTu she had already at home and put her tights under it and topped it off her top with a half jacket.And put her hair in a Mohawk with a little color.
