This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Polina, the 'Puppet Doll' costume creator:
I put together a puppet costume for the Disney halloween party using pieces I found at the goodwill thrift stores, some clogs I got at a costume sale, and white tights I drew on with a sharpie.
