This homemade costume for pets entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Puppy Prisoner' costume creator:
This is my pride and joy Bella! She has the face of an angel, but is a devious little diva! This year I decided to dress her in her true form. Bella is wearing a generic store bought dog prisoner costume. I made a "prison orange" tutu and matched it with a bad girl bow. Finally to keep this beauty from escaping...a ball-and-chain made from pipe cleaners and a colored foam ball attached with a clip! This lady hopes to pay for her crime by dinner time!
