This homemade costume for pets entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Janelle, the 'Puppy Present' costume creator:
This is my pomeranian Rylee. My idea on the costume was because I constantly tell people that he is the best present I have ever received. The costume was easy. All we did was wrap him up in wrapping paper and put a bow on him. He is a very calm dog so it took little to no time to dress him up.
