This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sandra, the 'Purger' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume and the idea came from the movie the purge. I only purchased the mask and the bloody knife at the spirit Halloween store and used my brothers old graduation gown. I also purchased fake blood from the 99 cents store and put it on the gown as well as my neck. Everyone in the neighborhood loved the costume and some even said it was on point.
