This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cindy, the 'Queen Elsa' costume creator:
My daughter is dressed as the beautiful Queen Elsa which seems like a pretty easy costume considering she already owned the dress, shoes, and costume jewellry! The tricky part was doing that wonderful puffy side braid juuust perfect...I had to try again 3 times before my daughter was satisfied that it was just right!
