This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Autumn, the 'Queen Elsa' costume creator:
Amberlee 3 years old.
Dress is store bought.
I used a clip on pony braid that was supposed to be for Rapunzel. I cut the flowers and ribbon out and used white hair spray on my daughters hair and the braid.
