Queen of Hearts Costume

Manessah, my daughter, is the Queen of Hearts. I am here mother. I made this costume by making a very easy tulle tutu skirt with some cut out felt heart glued onto a tank top. I also bought a red wig to complete the costume. I made a wand from a simple wooden dowel with ribbon glued to the handle and the playing cards glued to the end of it. Used white face paint and regular makeup for the face. Very simple to make. Cost was about 25 dollars with extra supplies left over.
