This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nancy, the 'Queen of Hearts' costume creator:
Modeling my inspired queen of hearts costume is my daughter Sofia Arceo (2yrsold). I Made the top from checkers fabric and just used a hole puncher to make the corset. For the heart I just used specialty paper and boa feathers for the straps. The tutu is made of red tulle and elastic and setting ribbon all sown by me. The crown I made all of by cutting specialty paper and a hot glue gun. It cost me about $21 thanks to hobby lobby.
