This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Heather, the 'Queen of Hearts' costume creator:
8 year old daughter asked to be the queen of hearts. Costume altered to add a hula hoop in the bottom of the skirt and change the sleeves. Wand made from dollar store baton and foam. Crown painted black and red.
