This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tiffany, the 'Queen of Hearts' costume creator:
I made this costume from a goodwill dress that I hot glued 4 packs of playing cards to. It was stiff and I couldn't sit but it was super awesome and there are still people asking me about it!
