Rafiki Costume

My son Maddix just turned 13 and has decided this year was the last year he wanted to do “kid” costumes. He’s ready for the scary stuff so we decided to go out with a bang and what better way than to do a classic and we chose The Lion King! We used a grey body suit some fur for the knees and head. And a blue wash cloth for the signature baboon behind. I used 2 large dowels and glued them together for the stick and made the shakers with Christmas ornaments which I painted. His head was mad out of spray foam insulation (non toxic when it dries) and I carved out his face and used a yellow mesh for the eyes.
