This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Katelyn, the 'Rag Doll Raggedy Ann' costume creator:
I Handmade my costume and i bought my daughters. I got the idea after seeing my daughters costume to make mine. I made my costume from red yarn, red string, red felt, red buttons, white ribbon, white material, an old dress of mine, striped stockings, fake eyelashes and makeup. I got a lot of compliments on our combined costume. People loved it. A bunch of people wanted to take our picture.
